The project includes the measuring of the entire public lightning infrastructure in the city of Valjevo and the surrounding communities (these communities and the city together form a municipal unit - Valjevo). Every public lighting technical equipment and the associated electrical network is measured, lighting situations are typified, technical, energy and economic calculations are performed, photometric measurement, energy planning, cost-benefit analysis, investment risk analysis and the realization of SMART CITY are considered. In addition, during the primary energy audit, the electricity consumption data used for public lighting is obtained for minimum one year backwards, also the measuring points and the costs of maintaining the system are analysed. Based on the examinations during the primary energy audit and its results a feasibility study is prepared.
