IFC CSEE IFI Investment Promotion and Business Opportunities Conference

On 14 September 2022, the IFC CSEE IFI Investment Promotion and Business Opportunities Conference took place in Belgrade, Serbia. It was organised by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in cooperation with the Czech Export Bank (CEB), EXIM Bank Hungary, Eximbanka Slovakia and AOFI. The event was also attended by the representatives of the Western Balkans Green Center.

The Forum focused on regional business opportunities for IFC and EBRD in the water, renewable energy, agriculture and automotive sectors, and reviewed investment opportunities in the Western Balkans and related services provided by IFC.

During the event, our colleagues had the opportunity to hold bilateral meetings with the participating development institutions, as well as with Serbian, Czech and Slovak companies. In parallel, discussions were held with the Hungarian Embassy in Belgrade and with the winners of the WBGC tender.
